2025 Silver Award for this installation of an Artesian Spas Dove Canyon Elite.
5 years from initial meeting to install date.
Including a weekend trip to Doncaster for wet testing of 4 different models at Artesian Spas UK HQ.
Terrible weather on installation day. Opposition from neighbours due to crane positioning.
And taking 4 hours for it to fill.

As The Hot Tub Man completes 23 years in business and closes for Christmas, I would like to wish all my lovely customers past & present a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

As always, thank you all for your amazingly loyal support. 2025 was another fabulous year and although December is always one of my busiest months, this one was like no other.
Service wise, I have never known such a busy lead into Christmas.

Other than some holiday lodge changeovers during the holidays, I return to work on Monday January 5th 2026.
