A lot of people ask why detailing costs more than a quick local car wash, so I thought I’d explain it properly.

A car wash is exactly that — quick in, quick out. A detail is time, care, and attention to everything you don’t normally see. I’m not just washing panels, I’m getting into all the little crevices, the badges, door shuts, trims, wheels, and the areas most places skip.

I also only use high-end products like Duel Auto Care, because cheaper products might look good for a day but don’t protect your car properly and can actually do more harm over time.

Detailing is about doing the job once and doing it right. It takes longer, it costs more, but the results speak for themselves. If you want quick and cheap, a car wash is perfect. If you want your car looked after properly, that’s where I come in
