We haven't posted anything in almost two years as we've been so busy with our regular monthly customers and just trying to keep up . With a handful of customers moving out of the area or sadly passing away we have 1 to 2 spaces on a few of our rounds . Our customers who stick to really simple terms such as paying their bill on time and having 12 consecutive monthly cleans will receive the following including on their first visit and once a year !!!

Customer notice .

We ONLY provide yearly FREE gutter clearance ,FREE fascia and soffit cleaning for customers who pay their bill on time ( within 3 days of window clean after 12 consecutive months ) . This is as a thank you not an entitlement under our terms in our friendly agreement. It's as simple as pay your bill on time and not skip a clean and you WILL get it annually. Exceptions are ONLY made to standing order payment clients who pay 12 months consecutively.

It's a customer reward not entitlement.

After asking 250 clients what was the most frustrating thing about having a window cleaner over 70% said " not knowing when they are going to turn up "

So we introduced our www.ecswltd.com/where-are-we page . This enabled our customers to see at least a week in advance when we are due to arrive.

Shortly after this we found most of our customers who had paid their bill on time ( within 3 days of the window clean) and had 12 consecutive cleans were asking when was their free gutter clearance and fascia clean due so we've updated our page . All 607 customers have an individual customer reference which they can check . Please note we have perfect records and update this 3 days after every window clean. It's just our way of thanking you for being a great customer 🙂
