Following a clearance & cleansing of a flat in Exeter. It will need top to toe redecoration.
Quality of work is most important.
The place should be ready in the next couple of weeks.
Only professionals with references/previous work proofs need to quote.
It is a one bedroom flat council flat in Beacon heath, medium kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and entrance hallway.

A few tips.
It takes several visits to get on top of a property. No cleaner will do a whole house in 2 hours unless the property has had an initial deep clean.
Our usual approach is to concentrate on areas like the bathrooms and kitchen before the other rooms.
We do what we do well so it makes the next visit easier to stay on top of it.
We work hard and every new client is a potential recommendation.
Once we get on top of the work, we take a pride in keeping it as nice as possible.
When you call, we arrange a visit to discuss exactly what you require. It is a bespoke service after all but, if you haven't had a cleaner before we can make recommendations based on many years of experience.
