Job Opportunity: General Maintenance & Repairs Subcontractor.

You will be required to fulfill planned and reported maintenance issues within the premises and will be responsible for ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times. The condition of the property is kept to a high standard and will ensure that any issues are correctly logged and resolved in a timely manner. The role requires the responsible person to be competent, work with minimal direct supervision and communicate with team members, suppliers and contractors whilst on site.
The rightful candidate will be responsible for providing a high-quality customer experience in relation to the promptness and quality of service provided and the upkeep condition of the building.

Person Specification:
· Experience of maintenance within a similar environment, or experienced and qualified in a trade to a reasonable standard.
· Knowledge of safe working methods
· Awareness of Health and Safety
• Awareness of legal requirements
· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to log any outstanding work and to keep individuals informed of progress.
· Excellent organisation and communication skills
· Capable of prioritising workload to meet deadlines
· To be proactive, with the ability to use initiative and resolve issues/problems quickly and effectively.
· To work within a team

•Contractual 21 hours plus guaranteed overtime hours.
•9:30am - 4:30pm 3 days a week.
•Competitive Salary

Job Opportunity Within C.A.A.W We are looking for 2 receptionists/admin clerk (one position temp and one position temp to permanent) at one of our commercial sites to offer assistance during the summer season.

Hours are 9am till 5pm Monday to Friday and occasionally weekend if required on check outs.
Full and part time available

Duties to include:

Managing bookings
Room inspections
Monitoring Daily emails
General enquiries
Telephone handling
Assisting Site management
Weekly site check

Experience is favorable with good knowledge of word and Excel but full training will be given.
