Wood burner repair carried out on this Town & Country Little Thurlow. In a rather sorry state: rear blanking plate not fixed and bolts have corroded away (concerning safety issue here), ash grate broken into 3 pieces, bricks and rope in need of replacing! Rear blanking plate cleared of corrosion and crud with new rope seal and bolts, replacement set of bricks, new ash grate, reroped the door.
