We’ve changed address this week to Sandy Knapp, Old Feniton Village, EX14 3EF.

Unfortunately we are having some broadband issues which should be working by March the 3rd. The land line hasn’t transferred either but should be diverting to the business mobile. Mobile signal is limited but we are still able to receive emails.

At Mallett Drainage we have recently been completing a number of CCTV surveys and reports for our domestic and commercial clients. The pictures here are for a client who had a property with a septic tank but were unaware of where it was located. The tank was located and found to be blocked at the outlet. The system was restored to full flow, and all drains surveyed across the property, with a full report produced. We also had the added bonus of finding a well which the owner previously had no idea about.

Our recent client had a faulty interceptor trap which had been causing multiple blockages. We performed non-dig patch lining to repair the line - this meant no excavation, less time to repair, and ultimately less costs for the customer.

The moment a blockage is cleared … always strangely satisfying to watch!

This was a job for a recent client who was experiencing smells and gurgling in the kitchen sink. We had the blockage cleared within 20 minutes and CCTV camera to check the system, as always, free of charge. Drains were thoroughly cleaned within the 1 hour call-out charge, leaving another satisfied customer.
