The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts, ensuring every site consistently meets our high standards while supporting, developing and motivating your team.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing multiple client sites across the South West
✔ Leading, recruiting, training and supporting cleaning teams
✔ Carrying out regular quality audits and site inspections
✔ Building strong relationships with clients and resolving issues professionally
✔ Organising staff cover and ensuring contracts are fully delivered
✔ Mobilising new contracts, including equipment, training and site set-up
✔ Managing health & safety, COSHH and company compliance
✔ Supporting payroll, timesheets and operational administration
✔ Being part of an on-call management rota for emergency cover when required
We’re looking for someone who has:
⭐ Previous experience managing multiple cleaning or facilities contracts
⭐ Excellent leadership and people management skills
⭐ Outstanding organisation and communication skills
⭐ A hands-on attitude and willingness to lead by example
⭐ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
⭐ Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
⭐ A full UK driving licence
