Established for over 20 years, we offer maintenance, servicing, and MOT's which can be carried out as a one off or on a predetermined basis depending on mileage or vehicle use. Although we are known as Spencer Commercial, we also service, maintain, repair and MOT privately owned vehicles for you - members of the public - so if you own your own car, company car, van, PSV, motorbike, scooter, disabi

lity or mobility vehicle, moped etc, we cater for all, so please either drop in or alternatively pre-book, to avoid queuing and/or waiting. Just call us on 01383 420904 and we'd be happy to help ! Steam Cleaning, Rolling Road, Brake Checks collection and delivery to our station are all a part of the service.

Light Vehicle Mechanic

Spencer Commercials is a long-established family run business based in Evesham. We are a thriving workshop offering a broad spectrum of services to our customer base.
Do you have experience of vehicle servicing alongside minor and major mechanical repairs, diagnostics and electrical repair? Do you have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent? If so, you could be the Mechanic we are looking for!
As a Mechanic with Spencer Commercials you will require a Full UK Driving Licence and have your own tools. A Class 4/7 MOT Testing Qualification would also be preferred although not essential as training can be provided.

What does the role of Mechanic involve?
Completing Vehicle Health Checks
Carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs on customer vehicles
Complete cam belt and clutch replacements
Complete customer MOT’s
Maintain customer vehicles from servicing, brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
Experience gained working within the industry
MOT Testing Class 4/7. Preferred but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
Preferred Skills
Good Communication Skills
Be able to work as a Team member or solo
Good Work Ethic
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 to 17:00. 1 Saturday Morning in 4. 08:00 to 12:00
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
