Regular window cleaning. How does it work?
4 easy steps
1. Contact us on WhatsApp or call us on 07745191833 to receive a quote to join your areas 5 weekly round.
2. If you’re happy sign up to direct debit through GoCardless. We will send you details on how to set this up.
3. You’ll receive a courtesy message the evening before your window cleaning is due.
4. Payment will be taken by direct debit 5-7 days later.
And that’s it, just relax and enjoy clean windows.
FAQ’s
What can I expect?
We will clean your windows, frames and doors. If you feel that your windows are excessively dirty or if you need a new build clean to remove plaster, stickers and tape etc. please let us know when you contact us as there is an additional charge for the extra time taken bring your windows up to the required standard.
Do I need to be at home when you arrive to clean my windows?
No, this is main reason why we send a courtesy message the evening before, to remind anyone with locked gates to leave them open for us.
Can you clean my windows in the rain?
Yes, we will clean your windows in the rain. We use the pure water method for window cleaning which is not affected by rain as rain itself is almost pure water. However, if the weather is stormy with wind and rain on the day of your window cleaning, we will notify you of a cancelled round and carry over to the next working day.
Can I turn you away if I don’t want my windows cleaned?
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We will make time and space in our schedule for you. If you cancel when you receive your courtesy message it is too late for us to replace your clean with another.
If you would like to cancel your window cleaning with us permanently, please let us know at least 7 days before you next clean is due.
