The House on the left was "cleaned" last summer !!! As you can see if you look closely you will see the re-growth of Moss appearing already...was Biocide applied ?
The house on the right was only done 2 years ago the occupant was told that it was washed ,Biocide applied and sealed ???
Thank goodness G2G do not use those "products" and I use the term loosely.

Not on the roofs today but G2G were busy with snow clearing Drives and Paths for the elderly citizens of Hopeman.This was of course a free service but if any of our younger citizens need help a small fee will apply .

Houses through in Peterhead for our latest roof clean. Another happy customer to receive the roof clean, biocide and sealer. We done the owners mothers house also but with the addition of checker wire round the solar panels as she was having issues with birds going under them. Looking good.

So this is how the sealers we use work and it shows how good they actually are. The top half of the pic has no sealer applied but the lower half does. Now, you can see how the sealer has drawn out the moisture (in this case on a slab) and the water is just sitting on top and can’t absorb into the slab. The top half without the sealer shows how it has absorbed into it. Underneath the sealed area the slab is still dry. The sealers we use all work in the same principle, it doesn’t allow moisture to pe*****te into your roof tiles, slabs, block paving or Masonry thus preventing moss/algae or lichen growth for years to come. The sealers don’t just sit on top but pe*****te into the material they have been applied on. All our sealers come with a Manufacturer guarantee.

As of next month we will be able to carry out colour coatings of roofs and drives. These can only be carried out between the months of March through to September. Before or after these months and there is too much moisture in the atmosphere and don’t colours don’t bond properly.
