Hello everyone I have updated my terms and conditions so if my clients could have a wee read over please, I have been running over time at a few houses and it is causing delays in me getting to the jobs and then making me late for picking my son up from school etc. so really important than I adhere to my own terms and conditions too.

Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
By booking cleaning services with Magic Maid Professional Cleaning Services , you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Time Allocation
• The cleaning time allocated for each session is agreed upon in advance. While I strive to complete the cleaning within the designated time frame, the time may vary depending on the size and condition of the property.
• If the cleaning session exceeds the allocated time, I will make every effort to finish the work. However, the time overrun may impact subsequent appointments. If I run over time on one job, it may cause delays for other scheduled cleanings. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that I will stay past the allocated time or affect the schedule for following clients.
• If additional time is required, you will be charged at the standard hourly rate, and I will notify you if the extra time will cause delays to other appointments.
3. Access to Property
• It is expected that the cleaning areas are accessible for the duration of the service. For safety, privacy, and efficiency, I kindly ask that no one be present in the room or areas being cleaned while I am working.
• If you or any other individuals are present during the cleaning, it may cause delays or interruptions, which could impact the overall cleaning quality and time.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed. I accept bank transfer and cash,.
• A late payment fee of may apply to any outstanding balances after 7 days.
• Continued failure to settle payment may result in suspension or termination of further services.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of fee will be required.
6. Liability
• I take the utmost care in cleaning your property, but I cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage or issues not immediately apparent prior to the service.
• You are responsible for securing any valuables or fragile items before cleaning begins.
7. Termination of Service
• I reserve the right to discontinue services immediately if the client fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions or if unsafe conditions arise during cleaning.
8. . Holiday and Time Off
• In the event that I take time off for holidays or personal reasons, and no cleaning services have been performed during this period, please be advised that it may take longer to complete cleaning upon my return. The backlog of work may require additional time to catch up, and I will notify you in advance of any extended timelines.
9. Amendments
• I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before the next service appointment.
