Hi folks
Just a wee reminder
I’ve had a few cancellations lately(not covid related) with no reasons given on the day of their appointment some cancellations have been as little as 2hrs which gives me no chance to fill the appointment, it’s really frustrating and it costs me money which some certain individuals don’t realise this, I had a customer who messaged me yesterday cancelling there appointment just 2hrs before I was to arrive, so I messaged him back and said there will be a cancellation fee of £30 because your cancelling your appointment as I need 24hrs notice to give me a chance to fill the appointment so he rang me and said I’m noo given you nothing and continued to give me all the abuse under the sun and wanted to know where I live so he can come and sort me out and then he said he was going to go on my page and slate me off, well you can imagine what this guy sounded like lol
So this is a little reminder that I need 24hrs notice before you need to cancel, I understand things happen I’ve been there to especially in the world we’re living in now.
