As the year starts anew, we want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a brilliant year for Greenleaf.

2025 has brought new customers, stronger relationships with our existing clients, and real growth across the business. We’ve expanded our services, strengthened our teams, and continued to raise standards across every site we work on. That doesn’t happen by accident, it comes from consistency, hard work, and people pulling in the same direction.

45 hotel suites were turned around.
67 aparthotel rooms were turned around.
28 short-term let accommodations (STLs) were cleaned.

Two years in the pipeline, but it's finally here!

The team has been incredibly busy the past few days carrying out a post-construction clean of this brand-new 24-suite hotel.

The two-stage cleaning process consists of:

Stage 1:
✅️ High-level dusting
✅️ Walls damp-wiped and dried
✅️ Paint, silicone, and glue removed
✅️ Interior windows and glass cleaned
✅️ Tops of and behind furniture dusted
✅️ Full vacuuming of all floors
✅️ All hard floors steam-cleaned

Stage 2:
✅️ General dusting
✅️ Interior of furniture cleaned and stocked up
✅️ Beds made and set up
✅️ Glassware polished and set out
✅️ All brass cleaned and polished
✅️ Floors vacuumed
✅️ Hard flooring mopped

External phase:
✅Full external window cleaning carried out by our trusted window cleaning contractor Proshine Specialised Cleaning

The first set of guests will arrive on Thursday, the 8th, at which point our team will carry out full housekeeping services going forward.
