London North Eastern Railway were amazing. We were travelling back from Xmas holidays down south and my youngest left his bag on the train. Xmass money etc. There was quite a panick.
The staff in London called the staff on the local train. It took a few attempts but they managed to get a hold of the staff and they managed to locate my son’s bag. The staff from East grinstead then kept it safe until my daughter was able to pick it up the next day.
It was just so refreshing a great to have such helpful people. Really really nice. Loseing that bag would have really affected my son badly. But they managed to find it for him.
I meant to post an acknowledgement at the time but somehow never had 5 minutes to do so. I’ve got 5 minutes today.
