Unfortunately due to so many people booking appointments on our website and not being in (or in today’s case said it was too early even though they booked the appointment time)

We will now be charging full cost of appointments at the point of booking.

We also have an additional option for getting internals done at an additional cost please be advised that if you don’t select this at point of booking we won’t be able to accommodate internal windows on the day due to other bookings!

Great holiday to recharge the batteries with the family. As always after we’ve been away we will be running slightly behind schedule but will be working extra hard to catch up so everyone can enjoy the sun with clean windows.

This is what’s wrong with modern review sites!! People not double checking if it’s the right company before actually leaving a review!

Clearly states the company is GO CLEAN SERVICES which Is based down Suffolk England but the reviewer decided to leave a review for CLEAN WINDOW CLEANING based in Edinburgh Scotland!

Not like running a small business is hard enough without having to deal with this!

Don’t even get me started on trust pilot and there stupid non human help center!!

Anyway if any our amazing clients could be kind enough to leave us a review on trust pilot as we can’t delete our profile and our score is away down at 2.9 now after 1- 1 star review!

Hi Everyone,

We’ve been getting a lot of messages requesting window cleaning before Christmas.

Unfortunately we are completely booked up until 6th of January and can’t accommodate any new or one off customers!

All regular customers due before 24th will still have windows cleaned as normal.
