The niche little thing we do before we leave every property...

It's not a final spray.

The Role: Cleaning & Presentation Assistant

This is not standard cleaning. You will be part of a professional team preparing beautiful homes to an exceptional finish, often before they are handed over to clients or new owners.

What you’ll be doing:
* Working as part of a small, supportive team (no lone working)
* Delivering high-standard cleans in premium properties
* Preparing homes for handover, viewings, or new occupants
* Taking pride in detail, finishing touches matter

Always grateful to be trusted with exceptional renovation projects like this

Today we were back at this stunning seven-bedroom, three-bathroom renovation in Ravelston, working alongside for the final stage of the clean.

Our first visit was a heavy builders’ clean, tackling the top two floors while the ground floor was still mid-renovation. This time, it was all about the post-works, pre-installation clean, the stage where attention to detail makes all the difference.

With a team of five on-site from 8am to 3pm, every hour was spent perfecting the finer details. A home can look clean the moment you walk in, but achieving that flawless finish takes time, precision and care.

The craftsmanship from Red Star Projects is outstanding, with superior finishes and a truly luxurious, high-end specification throughout. Every room showcases the quality and skill that’s gone into this incredible transformation.

A special mention to , whose beautiful interior design has brought the whole project together perfectly.

We love being part of projects like these, providing those all-important finishing touches before the keys are handed over and ensuring everything is exactly as it should be.

With the last of the glass stickers removed, it’s time to inspect every pane for paint flecks, adhesive residue and any other marks before giving the glass a thorough wash and polish to leave it crystal clear.

It’s this level of attention to detail that turns a building site into a home that’s ready to hand over.

On a builders’ clean, windows are never a five-minute job.

Yes, they look dirty from the outside, but the real work happens on the inside, where paint overlay from the build needs to be scraped back to a clean, neat line, every paint fleck removed, then polished until it’s spotless.

It’s slow, detailed work, but it’s exactly why the finish holds up.
