If you’re gonna clean , do it right. The very definition of Auto-detailing. Pop it on the ramp and get stuck in to the underside of this TV.
Then again, any of you like me , who are currently having to negotiate the bombsite that is Pacific Drive, might wonder if we’ll have an underside to clean by the end of it.

So we’re back on the Vans again and this one was proper fun.
Great new customer wants his works van to give a better representation of the quality of his own work.
So we got stuck in an have it a good multi-stage machine and polish. Removed all those old scratches and marks to get that blue paintwork popping.
Then fitted new seat covers and spruced up the interior cabin.

It’s a mini, quick mop and a ceramic , how hard can it be🤷🏻‍♂️.
To quote an old mate “Its a nightmare” 🤣
Nearly 1.5 hours to polish 3 panels on one side, that kind of nightmare.
Still we like a challenge and after a bit of a head scratching working out as to why, what seemed like light scratches would not come out, sanity prevailed.
Seems some bright spark had the idea of sealing the scratches under a layer of Ceramic, meaning you have to cut the ceramic off before getting to the scratches.
Anyway, the result was a very happy customer and that’s what we like.

So you’re minding your own business, park your pride and joy safely out of harms way and then ………you come back to this. 😱
That kind of thing could not have been done without the culprit knowing.I mean it went the entire length of the vehicle.
Fortunately this car belongs to one of our lovely customers and so they knew who to trust with rectifying the damage.
Little bit of time and job done.

Getting blacks swirl free, especially in direct sunlight can be tricky , but after 35 years , kinda got the hang of it now.
