Today I got my Diesel tattoos. 🖤🐾
I’ve thought about these ever since I lost him, and I knew they had to be something really special.
The portrait is my beautiful boy, and the number 4708 represents the exact number of days we shared together. Thirteen years of love, loyalty, comfort, routine, beach walks, cuddles, and a friendship that never once let me down.
Diesel wasn’t just a dog to me. He was my constant. Through every chapter of my life, he was there. Waiting for me when I got home, sleeping beside me every night, making me laugh on my worst days, and loving me unconditionally for 13 years.
Losing him has left a hole in my heart that I don’t think will ever fully heal, but these tattoos mean I get to carry a piece of him with me wherever I go. They are a reminder of the love we shared, the memories we made, and just how lucky I was to be his human.
A huge thank you to Rose for creating something so incredibly special. Not only is she amazingly talented, but she always puts so much care, thought and love into every tattoo she does. I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with something that means this much to me.
