Happy Thursday, my lovely customers (the David and daughter CLAN)!
My wonderful husband has started his own business (hurray!) He's been a mechanic for nearly 20 years, and he's ruddy good at it (obviously I'm not biased AT ALL 😉)
He offers servicing, MOTs, diagnostics and general repair. Car collection and delivery is available to take all the hassle out of getting the car sorted! 🚙🚗

Well that's it! All finished for Christmas! Thank you to all our lovely customers this year!

We will still be available for urgent work (breakdowns, gas leaks and carbon monoxide concerns) over the Christmas period until January.

However...!

Following the announcement today, we have decided that while we are in Tier 4, we will only be continuing with essential work. I'll be contacting customers with appointments for boiler services. Those appointments will be postponed until we drop back into a lower tier.

I'm so sorry to inconvenience everyone. We're trying hard to keep everyone safe at this time, and I hope you understand.

We're still operating as normal throughout 'Lockdown part 2', although we may be reducing the amount of non-essential work we take on. We ask that our customers remain in a separate room during our visits, where possible.

Hannah and I are still working throughout these troubling times. However we are only undertaking breakdown work and gas safety inspections. Please bear with us when we visit, please open the door and retreat to a safe distance. Could we ask you to also clear our work area so we can wipe down with cleaner before we leave. We will of course do our very best to keep you warm but do have to keep healthy. Thanks for your understanding.

Going out to look at another boiler that needs the expansion vessel recharging. So called 'engineer' told the customer that a new boiler is required and quoted silly money.
When you have your boiler serviced for goodness sake make sure they recharge the expansion vessel. Needs to be checked every service.
It's not rocket science.
Bloody cowboys.
Rant over.

Very courteous and efficient service. Very keen to maintain a boiler rather than an expensive replacement. Proud of their business, proficiency and knowledge. They kept me informed of the diagnosis of the problem, solution and cost of repair which was reasonable. Excellent, I will certainly have their details on my kitchen notice board for future!

Such lovely customers!!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the speedy repair to our boiler. I really appreciate the friendly and efficient service you gave. And thanks to David turning up the temperature on the water tank, I had my first hot bath in two and a half years at the weekend, it was bliss. You have saved us a massive amount of money by doing that, as we were all set to install a bigger tank and have the cupboard re-built. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Jo
