This client called us in to do a patio and side alley way clean, the patio was reasonably clean from where the home owner had already cleaned it and had done a pretty good job, apart from the large build up of Algea and black spots on the slabs. We came in with our soft wash solution to remove the black spots and make the algea easier to wash off and prevent it coming back in the future. We applied the same solution to the alley way and the left over algea disappeared after the first pass with the surface cleaner.
