First Window Clean
For your first clean we do not charge to an inflated fee on the initial clean, but please be aware we are a regular service only and expect our customers to be to inform us at the time of booking if they require a one off clean only or wish to change your booked schedule via telephone email or whatβs app message.
What can I expect?
Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, however if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, our pure water will not be remove these. You should always receive a text message or phone call the evening before your clean taking place this is to make sure if you have rear access it is left unlocked or accessible for us.
All frames and sills are cleaned every time.
Scheduling
We offer the choice of weekly 2,4,6, 8 or 12 weekly visits. We ask for some flexibility on time scales due to rain and other factors of a week either side of the time due. We will never NOT clean. We also offer 6 monthly visits and one off visits both of which are charged at the same price and considerably more than other schedules.
Bad Weather
We do still work in light rain or short showers. Our promise to you is that the results will still be the same. If rain is heavy, we will not clean your windows. Your clean will carry over to the next working day.
Turning us away
We will try to be as reliable as we can for you, but we also appreciate the customer being reliable. We will make time and space in our schedule for you. On the day of the clean it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. We reserve the right to charge full fee if we are turned away at the door or cancelled on the day this is to stop the buisness being financially hurt.
Ending our services
If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone on 07761651148 or by email [email protected].
And must be done at least 1 week before your next clean is due.
Payment
Payment is expected on the day of the cleaning taking place however we know times are tough and therefore will allow 48 hours for this to be paid unless otherwise arranged with us on the door or through email or text message.
After 48 hours you will receive a reminder text to pay your bill.
If this has still not been paid after 7 days a 5% surcharge will be added to your bill to cover extra time and methods to recover the monies owed.
Complaints procedure
We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned. Please note we operate a no refund policy, we will rectify work you are not happy with provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean taking place.
Confidentiality
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
Payments
All payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or card payment and are required to be paid on the day of the clean up to 48 hours after if necessary anything after 7 days will incur a 5% surcharge.
We will always leave a invoice through the letterbox when we have been to your address to clean if this has been requested instead of email.
And we can also send you a email invoice if required all we require is your email address
