🫧 End of tenancy clean 🫧
A deep and thorough cleaning service carried out at the end of a rental agreement to restore a property to a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition for the next tenant or landlord inspection.
Unlike a regular domestic clean, an end of tenancy clean focuses on every area of the property, ensuring it meets high cleanliness standards.
The service typically includes cleaning and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and utility spaces. Tasks often involve deep cleaning appliances such as ovens, hobs, extractors, refrigerators, and microwaves, as well as descaling sinks, taps, showers, and toilets. Floors are hoovered and mopped, all surfaces, skirting boards, doors, and light fixtures are dusted and wiped down.
Attention is also given to interior windows, mirrors, cupboards, wardrobes, and any built-in storage areas. Marks on walls may be removed where possible, and rubbish is cleared from the property to leave the space fresh and ready for handover.
