a beautiful poem for our Queen. Very sad day. Rest in peace 💔

Queen
Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that "I know"

I then turned and looked behind me,
and seen I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.

I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.

Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King's and Queens,
are Monarch's every day.

I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.

I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.

Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above

Going Green and Eco Friendly is not new to us. Even when everybody else was thinking it's fashionable and forward to put everything in the bin after using it Once, we were encouraging our customers to bring back hangers to us for recycling. That meant we would reuse all of them again and again. This did not mean that we were compromising on the quality or look of our service. On the contrary we were educating and showing everybody around us that wastage is unnecessary.
We have started asking all our customers if they need to have their ironed and dry cleaned clothes packed in plastic or not. Most of them are becoming conscious of perils of overuse of plastic and are requesting us to give their clothes without plastic covers.

So in our small way we are doing our best to save our planet.

Cleaned and altered these cushions for a boat. Challenging job but very satisfied after completion. Peter was very Happy with our work as always.

Wool coats should be dry cleaned at the beginning and at the end of the season. Moths are attracted to everyday human scents like perfume, smoke, and food. Putting a wool coat away dirty makes it susceptible to critters.
