Hello everyone, hope you are all good and enjoying life to the fullest 🙄

I haven’t posted for a while due to us being completely full so hence this post, we have availability!!!🤩

There are approx 2 days left in June where we can accommodate for gutters, pressure washing and solar panel cleaning.

The dates are towards the end of the month so if it is something you are requiring in the near future please get in touch 😊

New window cleaning spaces are also dependent on which area you are, I do have plans to open up more availability but will be July before I get the time to assess the window cleaning schedule (it’s a chore sorting that out)😵‍💫

No other stories or gossip to tell, boring post I know but hey, we have availability 😍

Afternoon people of the world, hope everyone is enjoying the bizarre yellow thing in the sky ☀️

Just an update as I know everyone needs info on what we are doing 24/7 so here it is.

We are currently running behind (slightly) with windows due to Easter holidays, sickness and the upcoming bank holiday, also the big fireball in the sky is slowing us down cause wow, I can’t handle anything over 10° 🥵

We are trying to get to everyone, I promise, but for the rest of May we can’t take on any bookings no matter how small, I will open our books mid May for June/July, sorry but I ain’t no octopus 🐙

One van is dedicated to commercial contracts for the next couple of weeks, IPAF licensed certification requirements for cleaning access routes for roof maintenance and safety inspection audits.

Passed the building approximately 1 bajillion times over the last decade or longer actually 🤔 and today we finally got to work on it and clean the windows before the next term starts 🏆

Yo 👋

Citizens of East Renfrewshire and I suppose anyone visiting the area, that thing I posted in January after chatting with the enforcement guys is happening tomorrow!!

No April fools, no parking on the pavement, you all have been warned!!🫡

We'll begin formal enforcement of the pavement parking ban on Wednesday 1 April 2026. 🚗ℹ️

From this date, our Community Safety Officers will be able to issue a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) to vehicles parked on pavements, at dropped kerbs or double parked. Drivers could be fined £100 for these parking behaviours, reduced to £50 if paid within 14 days.

Reassessment of streets that were requested to be reconsidered for an exemption remain ongoing at present. Until these are concluded, Community Safety Officers will be focusing only on town centre areas and main roads, with no enforcement in residential neighbourhoods at this time.

We are fully booked for the full of April and now May for Gutters, Pressure washing, Solar panel cleaning and any commercial work.

Some yearly customers have yet to be text, if this is you please don’t worry, I will get to you, these jobs will be given priority before any new customers 🙂

If you are thinking of any of the above jobs for June/July please get in touch as spaces do get booked weeks in advance 😬

**** AVAILABILITY UPDATE ****

Happy Monday Earthlings 👋

Just to inform you all, we are now fully booked for the full of April.

I am not taking any bookings until mid April, priority will be given to yearly customers for gutters, pressure washing and solar panels etc.
Once these customers are booked in, I will update availability for rest of May.

On the window cleaning side of stuff, at the moment we can only take on new customers in the Greenlaw area and Patterton area, every other area is full, apologies.

🥳 🥳 Happy Birthday to us 🥳 🥳

It’s our birthday today and we are 11 years old 😍

Thank you to all of our customers that have been with us from day one and to all the customers that have joined us along the way 🙌

FYI, birthday celebrations haven’t got me awake at 06:50 on a Sunday morning, it was Perry, Kuro and Millie 🐶🐶🐶 little 🤬🤬🤬

Seriously though, thank you to everyone that supports us by being a customer and for engaging on the facebook posts, sharing details and recommending us to neighbours, family and work colleagues etc I truly appreciate it 💙

This has been a mega busy week for us on both our residential and commercial side of things, so now we are having a well earned break before Monday comes around fast.

Just to let you know that we are fully booked for the rest of March for our gutter, solar panel and pressure washing side of things.

At the moment we are looking at approximately mid April before we can fit anything else in, so just like every year, the earlier you book, the more chance we can fit your requirements into our schedule.

Window cleaning spaces for new customers is a bit hit and miss depending on your area, once I find the time I will post areas we can take on new customers.
