I just wanted to put a post out to apologise to anyone who's been waiting on a reply from me or has experienced delays recently.

I take a lot of pride in both my work and the service I provide, so it's been frustrating not being able to keep up as I normally would.

After a week's holiday, my van then spent nearly two weeks in the garage (still there), which completely knocked my schedule off track. I've been using a hire van, but without all of my usual tools and equipment, I've had to slow things down rather than take on more than I can realistically manage.

I'd much rather be honest than promise something I can't deliver, even though I know it's not ideal.

Please don't think I've been ignoring anyone or that I don't care. The complete opposite is true. I care massively about my customers and the reputation I've worked hard to build, and I'm doing everything I can to get back on top of things.

Thank you to everyone who's been patient and understanding. I'm hoping to have everything back to normal very soon, and I really appreciate your continued support.

Just an update on the van.

E K M.O.T has the van, and the chain has gone on it, which, as you can imagine, isn't great. It will be looked at asap, but unfortunately no time scale to work as they are really busy but i wouldn't trust my van anywhere else.

Will be hiring a van from tomorrow onwards since I have stopped silking about the end of the world :)

I will be pulling in favours from close business owners to help me borrow tools, as my van had a build-in system till everything is sorted.

Please, please bare with me. I don't like letting customers down, but normal reservice should resume ASAP

I want to wish all of our wonderful customers a fantastic weekend! We hope you all get the chance to relax and enjoy some well deserved downtime and hopefullythe sun stays out. 😀

I'll be out over the next couple of days looking after some of my regular customers who are scheduled for next week, as from Monday I'll be taking a well earned holiday before returning the following week. 🥳🥳

I'd also like to say a huge thank you to every single customer who has supported my business this year. It's been incredibly busy, with plenty of late evenings to make sure waiting times stay as short as possible. Your continued support truly means the world.

Recently, I sent out a customer feedback survey, and I was genuinely overwhelmed by the response. Here are a few of the things that were mentioned most:

✅ Customers love receiving a reminder the evening before their appointment, along with a message once the job has been completed.

✅ Our GoCardless payment system has been a big hit, making payments quick and hassle-free for those with busy lifestyles who don't always have time to make a bank transfer.

✅ The feedback I'm most proud of was the consistent praise for the attention to detail and the high standard of service we provide. Knowing my hard work is recognised makes it all worthwhile.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey. Your feedback helps me continue improving and delivering the best service possible. I really do appreciate every single one of you!

One of my favourite things to do is read through the reviews my customers leave. It genuinely means a lot to know that people are happy with the service I've provided, and I can't thank you all enough for taking the time to leave such kind words.

I'm delighted to announce that our brand-new website is officially live!

This has been months in the making, and I'm genuinely thrilled with the final result. It's a website that truly reflects the quality and professionalism of our business.

A huge thank you to Andy and the team at 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 for their outstanding work throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and delivered a website that has exceeded my expectations. Well, that's another busy week done and dusted!

A huge thank you to all of our amazing customers for your continued support. We truly appreciate every one of you and hope you all have a fantastic weekend!

I'll be getting back to everyone over the next couple of days to confirm bookings. At the moment, we're fully booked for the next 4 weeks, so I'll be extending my working hours over the coming weeks to help reduce the waiting time and fit everyone in as soon as possible
