The gutter on this property had shifted, so the joint had pulled apart and water was coming straight out of the gap every time it rained.

Pulled it back into line, fitted a new joiner and ran some water through to check. All flowing as it should now.

From the ground you’d probably never spot this until a damp patch showed up on the wall. If you’ve noticed water dripping somewhere it shouldn’t, give us a call.

This roof’s been quietly growing its own lawn for a few years.

We use a soft wash and hot water rather than a pressure washer, which is a lot kinder on the tiles and stops the moss coming straight back.
