Operational update!

We just wrapped up a second bedbug treatment with great success. While these pests usually hide in headboards or bed frames, our team found this particular group hiding behind the material on the bed slats. No live bedbugs were found during our final inspection. Another happy, pest-free customer relieved to have their home back!

We've been all over Kent today tackling everything from stinging insects to clever critters. Here is how our Sunday shaped up:

Dover: Kicked off the morning by safely treating a wasp nest hidden deep in a bush.

Deal: Investigated a super-smart rat! We’ve set up motion-activated tracking cameras to outsmart this clever culprit.

Crabble (Dover): Conducted a thorough bedbug survey and unfortunately confirmed an infestation. Treatment plan is locked in!

Brenzett Green: Headed underground for our second wasp nest of the day—this one was buried right in the turf.

Biddenden: Wrapped up the day solving a unique mystery! A mischievous crow has been systematically destroying a customer's window sealant. Time to outsmart a bird!

A distressed client suspected bedbugs (Cimex Lectularius) and they were right. Our inspection revealed them living inside the bed frame and deep within a split mattress.

First treatment visit is now complete! Huge thanks to our customer for closely following our preparation advice. Cooperation is key to total eradication.

Pigeon proofing — Before & After

Before and after on a recent job. Our customer moved into a property that already had a problem with pest pigeons. We started by removing all the pigeon guano and old nesting material, then thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the affected area. To stop the problem coming back, we installed netting across the balcony — keeping pigeons out for good. The before and after speaks for itself. Take a look below.

One of our regular contract customers recently contacted us regarding an ant infestation in their kitchen area — something we often see during this time of year.

We applied ant gel bait directly to the areas with the highest activity. The ants take the bait back to the nest, helping us eliminate the entire colony at the source rather than just treating the visible problem.

Providing honest, reliable pest control with a personal touch is what we do best. 🐜

Great results on a recent bed bug job. After our first visit, the customer reported no further bites and no new sightings — exactly what we want to hear. To make sure the infestation was completely under control, we carried out a planned second visit. As with the first treatment, our approach combined a thorough steam treatment, which tackles bed bugs on contact, with a residual insecticide spray that keeps working long after we've left.
