Just a polite notice. I have unfortunately had a larger than normal amount of clients paying late for their regular cleaning. Whilst I realise everyone is working and juggling very busy lives, late payments on an ongoing basis makes it incredibly hard for me to budget and pay my own bills. Being self employed is difficult enough, please bare this in mind. I always appreciate those who pay on the day. I really don't enjoy chasing up late payments and it puts me in an uncomfortable situation. If this continues to happen with particular clients, I will have no choice but to terminate my services and offer the slot to someone else. Thank you Emma

I just want to take this opportunity to thank all my clients for their ongoing support especially during such challenging economical times. Many of you have been clients for 6 years or more now and your unwavering loyalty is never taken for granted. You have all, not only welcomed me into your homes but also into your families and its one of the reasons I continue to love my job. Thank you again ###

A very late thank you! Lovely to be back to all my clients after the Christmas break. Thank you for all the cards, presents, alcohol, chocolates and Christmas sentiments. I had a wonderful time (thankfully covid free!!). Happy New Year to all my clients lets hope 2022 is a better, healthier year for us all. Thank you too for all recommendations, unfortunately I am fully booked at the moment. Please do continue to update me regarding your families and covid. I realise its a very fluid situation and things can change without much notice. I would rather be informed prior to your clean rather than once I get there.
