This was a hard one this weekend.
Clutter, nictone,grease,hoarding....19 bags of rubbish and not to mention no running hot water.... so having to constantly boil the kettle. You name it.
With this individual facing potential eviction due to the state of the property, we have done what we can for now, we were only brought in to get the kitchen,toilet and bathroom somewhat sorted. However we also started sorting some areas in the sitting room out, but forgot to get photos!
Unfortunately due to the nictone, it will take more than a weekend to get the walls ceiling cleaned.
Atleast these main areas are now a lower risk.
