All clothes are returned on hangers and protective sleeves

This has honestly made me really sad…
Another local business has reported my waste carrier business.
For anyone who has concerns or questions about what I do, I want to be completely transparent:
I’m a sole operator - just a hardworking mum doing my best to support myself and my children through honest work.
I am fully SEPA registered and have been inspected by Environmental Health (both at my own request).
I am fully insured (over £1900 per year), trained, and qualified.
All waste I collect is disposed of legally at licensed sites.
I take compliance seriously and am always happy to show any documentation if reassurance is needed.
If you have questions, please just ask- I’m open and honest about everything I do.
I’ll continue to run my business properly, legally, and with integrity.
