A little health update: With surpringly little drama, I had a TIA (a mini-stroke) this week caused by some narrowing in my neck arteries. It was a big shock, but the good news is that the warning sign did its job. I am now under fantastic medical care, fully medicated and stable.
And I have a clear plan to protect my health moving forward.
I am feeling completely FINE but I wanted to share this to let you all know, incase you heard things. I'm really sorry for worrying everyone on Thursday.

🚨 This wasn't caused by "doing too much" (in fact it was very on brand - it happened while I was applying lippy)
🚨 I'm fine. I just can't drive for four weeks.
