This is a job we finished today (in the pouring rain😢) the drive wasn’t dirty, it was only a couple years old. The problem was really bad w**ds. We treated the w**ds 2 weeks ago, (the photo of the dead w**ds was taken after 10 days)
On most drive cleans the most important part is the killing of the w**ds unless you do this the w**ds will return in a matter of weeks. Powerwashing a drive does not give a long term solution, it removes the visible w**d but leave the roots intact (which will grow back)
This drive has not been power washed, the final stage was using the Westermann rotary scrubbers to remove the dead w**ds
