As we head into a new year, we’re introducing an updated policy to help us continue delivering the high-quality, reliable service you know and love 🧹🧽
⏰ Introducing Our New 48-Hour Policy ⏰
To keep things running smoothly for both our team and our clients, we’re bringing in the 48-Hour Policy, effective immediately:
🧽 Cancellations
If you need to cancel your clean, this must be done at least 48 hours before your scheduled clean time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will still be charged the full clean payment 💰
🧹 Changing Your Clean Day or Date
If you’d like to move your clean to a different day or time, we’re more than happy to help! ✨
Just let us know 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours won’t be able to be moved, and the full clean charge will still apply.
💰 Late Payments
Payment is due within 48 hours of your clean being completed.
Any payments made after this time will incur a £5 late fee per day until payment is received.
⏰ Our Commitment to You
We also hold ourselves to this policy! If Magical Maids Cleaning ever needs to change your clean day or time, we will always provide at least 48 hours’ notice 💫
💛 We Understand Life Gets Busy
We completely understand that life can be hectic and plans can clash — it’s absolutely no trouble if you occasionally need to make changes. Just be sure to stick to the 48-hour policy and we’ll happily help where we can 🧼✨
✨ A Note About Clean Duration
All cleans are quoted based on the time required to fully and thoroughly clean your property 🧽
If you choose to have a shorter clean than quoted, this means the property may not be cleaned to full capacity or fully completed. Any reduction in time will result in a different level of clean than originally quoted.
