We also supply an array of different products regarding fireplaces from wood moisture metres, stove fans and cleaning products so please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you require items. Supplier of logs cut and split from bag loads to truck loads. Now for the Important stuff
If for any reason a sweep cannot be completed or is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment there will still be a charge of £40
If your appliance/chimney is condemned for any reason, you will still be charged £40 unless you proceed with us to rectifie your issues then this will not be chargeable
Despite our members of staffs precision and careful sweeping, on the very rare occasion that a pot, cowl or guard is damaged or dislodged we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for this as any sound Stack or pot should be able to withstand a thorough sweep. Fireplace or burner, chimney or flue
