We always do at least a three point clean, for carpets we start with brushing/cleaning all material from carpet/pre-clean and then a deep clean. We also do stain removing service within our price and we only use the best products like Prochem. It is in our best interests to make sure the customer is very satisfied and that we strive to make sure you are happy with the results. Stain removing is a very difficult and time consuming trade. We look at the carpet, the stain and formulate what is the best solution for that problem. We will consult you BEFORE the work is carried out as not all stains can be removed. Again we use Prochem stain remover products which are excellent and we do get outstanding results on some carpets. There are many reasons why a stain may not come out and is permanent, which requires further action or cannot be removed. We will advise you of this but unfortunately does not mean that the whole carpet clean can be refunded. Please be aware that not all carpet cleaning is successful.
