A big thank you to all who attended Mel's funeral on the 3rd November and made it so memorable. It was a wonderful celebration for a great man and he would have enjoyed it!

Thank you for all the beautiful cards and condolences, which have given myself and my family great comfort.

The collection on the day raised a whopping £701.30 and together with the online donations of £247.74 gave a total £949.04 for Diabetes UK.

It is with the greatest sadness we announce the sudden loss of Mel Drohan. He passed away peacefully on Saturday 14th October surrounded by love 💖. An amazing, kind, loving and strong man who was simply the best husband, dad, grandad and brother. As a family we are heartbroken and there will forever be a massive part of our lives missing 💔. All are welcome to join us in remembering his wonderful life. Funeral details to follow.
