Something you wouldn’t expect as a business owner.. I really struggle to ask for reviews 😅

With me being slightly socially anxious I really find it quite difficult which is why it is very rare of me to ask.

It’s actually always been with me since working at Tesco. We were always asked to hand out customer feedback cards when working on checkouts and I just couldn’t do it 🤣 my reasoning was ‘if I give good customer service and then give one of these cards, it takes it all away and looks like I’ve just been nice for some good feedback’ and I wasn’t just great at customer service for feedback… it has just always been who I am 🤷‍♀️ and I still have the same beliefs now even though now I do know how important reviews and feedback are for businesses 🤣

So thank you so much to everyone who has left a review for us, it really means so much and we do a little happy dance every time we get a review or a feedback message 🥰

HAPPY 45th BIRTHDAY HENRY! 🎉🥳

We absolutely love Henry and have a whole gang including a few Hettys too of course! Henry is 45 years today and has never let us down.

The oldest Henry hoover I have is 11 years old and still going strong, we have even taken the old boy on some jobs and he is as strong and lovely as ever 💪

If you’re wanting a Henry yourself they currently have a birthday sale on their website fyi! But you have to be mindful.. he does give you the judgemental side eye when get him stuck on a corner 👀 but we allow it 🥰

Can we just take a minute to appreciate our team 👏☀️

Whilst most people were trying to stay cool, these ladies were still out there making homes sparkle in the middle of a heatwave 🥵🧽

Cleaning in this weather is no joke. Carrying equipment, physical work in high temperatures, racing between jobs in and out of hot cars, and somehow still turning up with smiles on their faces ready to go.

I’m honestly so proud of the standard they keep no matter what. 🩷

🌞 HOT WEATHER NOTICE 🌞

With the temperatures rising this week, the wellbeing of our staff is our priority while they continue providing the best service possible.

Cleaning is physical work, with constant movement and carrying equipment. Therefore we kindly ask clients to help us keep working conditions as cool and safe as possible by:

• Keeping blinds and curtains closed where possible
• Allowing windows to remain closed during the hottest parts of the day
• Please note conservatories will not be cleaned during extreme heat due to unsafe temperatures
• If possible, offering staff drinking water would be greatly appreciated 💧
• Whilst we will try to stay on time your scheduled clean may be a little later whilst staff take short breaks.

We appreciate your understanding and support while our team works hard in these hot conditions. Thank you for your continued kindness and cooperation ☀️🩷
