Sorry to have todo this And yes I understand life happens But this is happening to often

If any cancellation is needed you must cancel at the earliest convenience but mostly certainly with in 24hrs or a fee will have to be payed as it’s to late to fill your slot for your cleaning . If you are booked in for a Monday I would need to know by the Friday that you no longer need your cleaning on the Monday as I don’t work weekends so a fee will still be added when you book back in.
