😷‼️ ILLNESS'S ‼️😷

All our clients should have been sent our terms & conditions in which it's stated that if anyone in your household has any kind of illness that we need to be made aware of this as soon as possible. (If not then please let us know and we will send them straight over)

When we arrive at cleans to find that there is an illness within the household we risk catching this and then can pass onto our own households as well as loss of earnings, and when this is our sole income this is not ideal. We also have to let down our other clients if we have to be off work.

Moving forward if we arrive at a clean and there's an illness (which is contagious) we will need to charge the full price of the clean.

We completely understand that a lot of bugs are flying around especially at this time of year but we ask that you make us aware as soon as possible if this occurs in your home.

A community hall I did on a discounted rate, only products uses and no time!
I think its important to remember what we can do for our community to keep things ticking over for others. Not everything is about money, we have to give back! Once apone a time I relied on my community to survive so this is not a post to big myself but a reminder of what a village looks like because without it people loose out on necessities

Apologies for being absent from messenger or general cleans, but few will be aware of the loss of my baby boy. I rescued my cat bumper when my daughter was a year and a half and he’s been through my struggles before and during this job. When I lost my brother and many more he was my best friend in very dark times, he was more than a pet to me he was my family.
I had to make the hardest decision quickly and unexpectedly to put him to sleep , this has left my we family of me and my wee one very hurt and lost and we’re still grieving. He was a staple in my life and most of not all my regular clients knew about him as I always talked about him.

I’m aiming to be more responsive and focused back into my work as I know myself I’ve slacked a lot, although I know yous understand my pride has been hit and I recognise and appreciate your continuous support.
I don’t tend to talk about my personal life with business but it’s been an extremely difficult year for me and apologise if my work has been affected. I've never broadcasted my mental health struggles as its never been necessary or effected my work but it's a battle I have like the next for the majority of my life.But I realise it's started to recently and I pride myself on my transparency and honesty to mainly show I'm human
I’m working towards improving this and hope that yous bear with me while I do, we’re only human.I’m a one man band with a wee one, I think if I was a bigger company it would be different but that’s why I love my clients because I knows I’m recognised as a solo worker with high standards. Nobody works as hard as the boss right?

I was privileged to clean a beautiful property with many rooms and bathrooms that put all my knowledge to the test. This house was in the middle of nowhere with a private water supply that created a build up of hardware and minerals, something I’ve not had to deal with in the highlands. So a lot of research was needed and product knowledge before I even started this job.
I stuck to the old wives way of vinegar, washing liquid and a few 2 pence coins to help. This ment minimal product and reduced the sensitive drainage exposure, it took longer but for best results and damage it was nothing!
I had to learn how to battle limescale on a deep level I’ve never had to, many products would’ve worked but having a sensitive drainage system ment I had to really think, but I feel with the tools o had I smashed it! Many times on the first bathroom I washed that shower about 7 times before working out the perfect method!
Typically I don’t wash walls as it can make more damage but with a test patch I realised it was special paint and was able to elevate the final result more, this created a final waw factor for the client and showed my attention to detail and client satisfaction.

Typically I take 12/14hrs for a full house deep clean but I spent around 29hrs here over 2 days straight to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
I enjoyed this clean so much, these are the jobs I live for and really test my knowledge and would love to do more!

Sinks !! Who doesn’t love seeing life come back !
Slowly returning back to work now as I’m feeling stronger but I appreciate everyone working with me and hopefully no more hospital visits!

Taking bookings and have now limited regular slots for fortnight or weekly cleans !

Hi everyone. I’ve decided to take last minute time of for the sumer holiday, I’ve been waiting to take some of it to spend with my wee one and I won’t have many more where she’ll actually want to hang out with her old mam.

I’ll message yous all but if I don’t please message to confirm. So I’ll be of from the Monday 21st July and returning back on week of the 4th August. I understand it’s annoying but I hope yous can understand xx

Hello, my holiday is nearly over now 😔 but I'm looking forward to getting back into everyone's home! If you feel I might need longer than usually drop me a dm, otherwise I'll see yous on Monday 😊

Books are open to new clients , I have 2 spaces for regular and always space for deep cleans full/ half days. Please note that if you want a regular slot I do require an initial deep clean to bring things back to sparkle ✨️ it's worth it 👌
