22 days into august and Richard is now 186 miles done out of the 300. A few more trips to the club should do it apparently 😂😂 this week he has a little riding buddy 😉 little Parker is here for a week 💙 so we should definitely get a few little outdoor bike rides in to make up some of the milage.
