Autumn's here and those leaves and moss will soon be causing havoc with gutters!

1 Year on!

There's not much going on here after a year.

This customer's block paved drive and paths were cleaned, re-sanded and (above all treated) in June 2018.

The 1st annual treatment was re-applied this week and will kill any algal, moss and lichen growth maintaining that great look for another year.

"Don't waste your money on a simple pressure wash - It'll be green and w**d infested before you know it".

We'll only pressure wash when absolutely necessary. Pressure washing your drive or patio will slowly erode it and won't remove the algae, moss and lichens that will soon re-colonise on a freshly exposed surface (full of nutrients).

Believe a man with a wealth of experience, a fully qualified Chemist and a certified applicator or pesticides.

If you're thinking of having any exterior cleaning done - make sure it's done by someone you can trust. "There's so many guys in white vans with no or little experience hoping to make a quick buck".
1. If the w**ds aren't treated before pressure washing - they'll be back.
2. If algae, moss, blackspot and lichens aren't treated after pressure washing - they'll be back too.
3. If your surface isn't sufficiently pressure washed - it'll look worse than if it wasn't.
4. If any damage such as flooding occurs- they'll leg it and leave you with the problem if they're not insured.

Trust me! "I'm a trusted trader". I often have to put right the problems that so called professionals have caused.

If a bloke in a white van who you've never seen before offers you his services for a price that seems unbelievably cheap, then you should assume that his work is inferior.

Not all surfaces require pressure washing! We only clean this way when there's no alternative and will treat wherever possible as pressure washing annually erodes any exterior surface.
