GREASE EXTRACTION, FAN'S, DUCTING AND KITCHEN DEEP CLEANS.
With over 15 years in the industrial cleaning industry we pride ourselves on attention to detail and making sure your work place is a safer environment to work in.

Over 70% of all commercial kitchen fires are started in the grease extraction system (ducting) this is often a place you can not see what is happening inside therefore neglected or forgotten about, more often than not it is too late to control or put the fire out causing serious damage to the ducting system and building itself and in some cases even death if there is a dwelling above your premises.

We carry out a full clean of the whole system including taking out the fan for inspection and cleaning where possible all ducting and the outlet. We also install access doors (inspection hatches) free of charge you just pay for the door/hatch only.

Often our work is carried out throughout the night once your business is closed so it does not interfere with your trade and giving us more time to complete the clean and also do any minor repair work should we come across any ie sticky fans or leaks in the system once again this work is included in the price ensuring the safest possible out come.

All our work comes with before and after pictures of proof for your insurance or landlord(s) should they require it along with a certificate of completion.

An example of when your clean should be done to meet the regulations is as follows:-

If your kitchen is open...

• 6 hours per day = once a year

• 6-12 hours per day = every 6 months

• 12 hours or more = every 3 month
