Good evening everyone, you'll see above we're putting out a bit of a refer a friend. I'd love if people could like and share this for me, anyone who puts us in touch with someone that leads to work, we will gladly pay you £50.00 - there's no catch, it's as simple as it seems.

We now have Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, so feel free to look us up on all of those platforms - we may soon look at an Only Fans page, but that's still in the works!

Know anyone who manages an office space, warehouse, school, bar or restaurant that would like us to quote for a cleaning contract.

Put us in touch with them, and any work that comes from that we will pay £50.00 as a recommendation fee. It's as simple as dropping me a message with the details, and we can do the rest.

As always, the support from people has been great, thank you.

Another common question we get:

* How quickly can you get out to us?

Generally within 24 hours, and if were busy, we will work with you, even if it means us coming out of hours to support you.

I was contacted by someone whose landlord had quoted 8 weeks at them for looking at their oven, whilst we had offered to be there the next day, if anyone needs an 8 week turnaround time, you'd 100% be better placed shopping around.

We have had a question about our rates, and just want to clarify the call out cost.

We would charge a flat £50.00 for an emergency call out, if it's something quick and easy we will fix it there and then and include that in the cost. If we can't, we would diagnose the issue for you, and of course give you a quote for the work.

As I've said before, my advice from there is to get some comparable quotes, and to ask lots of questions.

It's been a bit of a crazy week, we have had:

3 Quotes sent out
2 sets of fixed wired testing done
2 sets of Emergency light testing done across a warehouse.
and of course a couple of call out jobs.

The good news is, i'm no electrician, and whilst i'm prepared to clean, the wife will tell you, i'm not good at that either, so you can be guaranteed a quick response if you message us, because the one thing i'm always accused of doing is been on my phone all day.

Got a call yesterday about some buzzing noises coming from the sockets.

The most likely cause of that noise is going to be a lose wire, of course we will come out, however to save you time and money, you can flick your electrics off at the trip switch, simply unscrew the socket, and it is very likely you will find you have a lose wire, just screw this back in tightly, and pop your socket back on.

If the wire is too lose, then don't panic, provided you have earth wiring the worst that will happen is it will trip the circuit breaker, or it will blow the fuse in the socket (both really easy to fix) - if for any reason you don't think you have earthing throughout, then give us a shout, its certainly something we can support with.

As always, if in doubt, just give us a shout, were happy to help.

I promised a photo of Charlie in his new Hoodie, and i made sure i got in there too.

The captain America Shield is a must have addition to what we do, and anyone associated will now be required to carry one around with them.

We were called to a job last week after an emergency light test, in short, across the building they had 113 emergency lights fail their 3 hour testing. The company had been quoted for 58 new Bulkhead lights (the round one's in the photo) and 55 new spot lights, roughly speaking the parts alone would have cost over £3,000.

Stuart took a look at these, and realized that if he changed the batteries it would take the cost down to about £11.00 per unit, and actually bring the cost in around £1250.00, reducing costs by over 50%.

It is really important that you shop around, that you ask lots of questions, and if you're not sure, drop us a message, there is no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to spending your own money on something.

Top tip: In any job I've ever worked, I've taken 3 quotes on anything i want doing, you should always look to do this.

Cheap plug time, but please can you guys help by sharing the page & inviting people, if we can hit the 100 likes within a week, i'll treat my wife this mothers day, if not i'll let the 4 year old decide what were doing (and i suspect it will be soft play) - either way, her fate lies in your hands.

Thanks again to everyone so far for all the support.

It's been a busy period for us, Danni has been out visiting local businesses all over Pride Park. She has also been showing off our new CB Hoodies. We have been fortunate to offer some quotes out to lots of local businesses, and we'd be more than happy to offer others quotes, just drop us a message.

We've recently worked with 1622 on an EICR (Emergency instillation condition report) project across 15 flats. It was for the most part a big success, but flagged up something really important for all people to check.

All gas pipes and water pipes going in to your house should be earth bonded. Across these 15 flats, we found no earth bonding on any gas mains or water mains. For reference, any issue with the electrics without earth bonding could see your gas pipes within the property go live, and could in the worst instance electrocute someone.

Not only did we pass these comments on, we also offered a very good quote to do these, and went ahead and added earth wiring to to the gas for them. (Photos to follow)

Side note: Check a trade say the average UK cost for this is £147.00 - We did this for less that £100.00 per building.

As always, if you have any issues, need anything, just let us know.
