We thought we'd give a little insight into what goes on behind the scenes of running a small professional business.
Over the last few years, like many businesses, our costs have continued to rise. In the last 4 years alone, we have invested in two new vans — one due to age and one unfortunately being written off through no fault of our own. These vehicles are a vital part of providing the reliable service our customers expect.
Behind every clean is a lot more than just the time spent at your property. There is fuel, insurance, equipment, purified water systems, maintenance, accountancy, VAT, tax, admin, quoting, invoicing and all the other costs involved in keeping a business running.
We are only a small team — myself handling all the behind-the-scenes work and our amazing team member PT helping deliver the service our customers know and trust.
Unlike many people think, a £20 clean doesn't mean £20 goes into our pocket. Every job contributes towards keeping the business running, replacing equipment, paying our bills and allowing us to provide a reliable service week after week.
We completely understand that everyone has a budget, and we are always happy for customers to ask questions or compare quotes. But we also ask that the time, investment and costs behind professional trades are appreciated.
Sometimes the cheapest option isn't always the best option — reliability, insurance, professionalism and doing the job properly all have a value.
