Customer was having raw sewage coming through the stone wall so I used my drain camera to find the issue, I found the connection from the down pipe to be broken plus numerous other cracks and broken pipe. I installed 6 meters of patch lining to seal the pipe and installed a new junction connecting the down pipe to the customer’s drainage. Backfilled the hole and reinstated the slate. Carried out a final cctv to make sure all pipe work is flowing correctly.
