Hello lovely customers,
I just wanted to take a moment to update you on a current β and hopefully temporary β situation that has affected me personally, and may have had a small impact on customer service and communication recently.
Some of you are already aware, but for those who arenβt, I hope this helps provide a little clarity and understanding. Over the past few weeks, Iβve been doing my best to keep everything running smoothly, and Iβm incredibly grateful to the amazing ladies β Catherine, Julie, Caroline, Tracy, and Sammi β who have stepped up to help with both admin and the physical workload, often covering my cleans alongside their own.
Just over six weeks ago, I returned from an international surgery in a critical condition, facing multiple complications and open wounds. This has meant repeated hospital admissions and daily visits from district nurses at home. As you can imagine, it's been a challenging time physically and emotionally.
Because of this, Iβve unfortunately missed some enquiries, calls, and requests. Response times have been slower than usual, and I havenβt been able to keep on top of payment tracking as closely as I normally would. Sometimes itβs been due to being in hospital with no signal, sometimes because of treatment β and sometimes, Iβve just needed rest and strong pain relief (which doesnβt always help the brain power π
).
Please accept my sincere apologies for any delays, and thank you so much for your patience and understanding. The business is still running as usual, so cleans should not be affected β though there may occasionally be delays in responses or slight schedule changes, as the team juggles extra work.
You're still very welcome to call or message with any queries or requests β just know that it may take a little longer than usual to hear back.
I would truly hate to lose any of you as valued customers during this time, so if you ever have concerns or feel anythingβs not quite right, please reach out. Either myself (when Iβm able) or the admin team will do our very best to resolve things promptly.
I am determined to return to work as soon as possible, but recovery has taken longer than expected. That said... Iβll be back β in my best Arnold Schwarzenegger voice (The Terminator) πͺ
One quick request regarding payments:
Iβve not been able to review payments since 22nd April, so if possible, could you kindly check that everything is up to date for your cleans since then? Iβll be checking through everything myself as soon as Iβm able to focus, but this may mean Iβm chasing up older payments β so a quick check on your end would be a huge help.
