One bedroom house - Β£130 - to include one bedroom, one staircase (including hallway & landing) and up to two reception rooms.
Two/three bedroom house - Β£170 - to include two/three bedrooms, one staircase (including hallway & landing) and up to two reception rooms.
Any additional rooms such as bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms, staircases (including hallway & landing) are an additional Β£35 per room.
All prices include the cleaning of any rugs, floor runners and door mats that are suitable for a machine clean and present at the property at the time of our visit.
All prices include the moving and/or cleaning behind/under all small furniture items such as TV cabinets, coffee tables, sofas, beds, sideboards, drawers and vanity units. Sorry - we do not move any item of furniture housing a fish tank/indoor water feature or floor standing clock.
