I hope everyone is enjoying the ☀️

So this week has felt like a month for many reasons, so I am going to be implementing some changes.

I only collect Monday to Thursday… Friday is for deliveries only … I do not work weekends.

Hours of business are 7am-7pm Monday to Friday. This includes message replies and collections or deliveries to my address…. I’ve literally had someone at the door at 10pm ‘because I work from home’.

Yes this is my business and I am extremely grateful for how busy I am, however before all of this I am a mam… a mam who is also asleep at 10pm 🤣

My husband works away and this week has been a lot so I am trying to imply some structure.

I am one person and if I can’t fit you in then I will happily reccomend other companies you can contact 😊

Payments must be paid within 24 hours of delivery or collection. I am being consumed by payment chasing which just isn’t fair.

I am finishing for Christmas when my kids break up which is 19th December.

Last collection is 18th.

If you are a regular but not usually in this week for ironing and you want a slot please let me know as my diary is filling up.
