So.. after a full week of not leaving the house I’ve just taken myself (and the dogs) for a little walk around the block… by little I really mean little.. 1km!! And I feel like I’ve run a marathon, my chest is tight and my legs hurt… not to mention lack of smell, blocked nose, dizziness and headache… this is the last time I for-go my flu jab.. I genuinely can’t remember ever feeling so ill.. I’m generally pretty fit and healthy and have always ploughed through colds/illness and just cracked on but not this time..! Maybe it’s my age maybe I’ve just been unlucky but if you’re given the opportunity to have your jab get it done! This has hit us in more ways than one too.. being self employed has meant another week with no wages so hits even harder when you can’t muster the strength to get a days work in! I’m feeling very sorry for myself today as you can tell and I could be far worse off but help yourselves where you can!! And I hope no one else is feeling like this!! 😘
